Angry Birds 2 EXPOSED is a puzzle video game developed and released by Rovio Entertainment and SEGA for the Angry Birds series. The game was released worldwide on July 30, 2025, made to expose everything wrong with Angry Birds 2. It was considered a vast improvement and the canon AB2 despite the story. The usage of the Classic designs and full dialogue was praised. The game is rated R for it's Playrix ads, Royal Match ads, FAILs, rage moments, violence, and Jo. It is paid 2.99.

Plot[]

At the Cobalt Plateaus, a Minion Pig approaches and steals their eggs, leaving Red and the gang (along with King Leonard Mudbeard who was revealed to have been overthrown by King Pig) to pursue him as he hops onto an airship with other Minion Pigs and King Pig on it. Along the way, the flock realizes they are in an "eternal hellscape" meaning the game will go on forever.

Microtransactions and terrible Playrix/FAIL/Save sh*t ads begin to plague the island and Rovio goes as far to add Jo Mama The Nonexistent Binary Peacock. The birds now have to save the eggs, kill King Pig, end the horrible ads, prove that Jo deserves a gender, and end Rovio's greed.

After completing King Pig's castle, the pigs for some reason then join your gang, and it turns out that they suffer as well because of the eternal story, microtransactions, and terrible ads.

Gameplay[]

Trying to emulate the gameplay style of past Angry Birds games, Angry Birds 2 is a physics-based puzzle video game. As with similar games, the main objective is to pop all the pigs in the levels, who are sheltered inside of structures made of glass, wood and stone, alongside other objects. To pop said pigs, the player has to launch a limited group of birds using a slingshot. If they run out of birds without popping all pigs, they will get a Level Failed screen and be greeted by a classic FNAF Jumpscare complete with a thousand Minion Pigs attacking the player and a heart exploding into the words "GAME OVER".

The reason the player is jumpscared by an exploding heart is to make fun of the lives system which is not in the EXPOSED version.

If the screen turns black, it means a character from Playrix's terrible ads is about to appear, and to get rid of them, the player must defeat the scum.

While gameplay is unchanged, there are more different stats for completing a section of the level:

"Double!" - Two strikes in a row. 50,000 points.
"Turkey!" - Adds 60,000. Any strikes above three are Four-Bagger, Five-Bagger, etc.

Characters[]

Main Flock[]

Red: Shoots red sound waves when tapped. Cannot destroy materials well. Ruby does it in all directions and flies faster than Red.
The Blues: Triplets who split up upon activating their ability. Destroys glass exceptionally well. Garry does this as well but the coffee burns material.
Chuck: Speeds up when tapped, gaining more momentum and strength. Destroys wood exceptionally well.
Matilda: Drops an explosive egg when tapped, exploding once it lands on something while she launches herself up. Can destroy materials well, but not stone. The egg destroys a lot of materials on range. Courtney does not explode but Harvey does a lot more damage.
Silver: Does a 360 degree loop and launches straight down at her target, causing a shockwave.
Bomb: Explodes instantly when tapped or after some time upon impact with something. Can destroy stone really well. His explosion destroys a lot of objects on range.
Terence: Has no ability. However, he is powerful as hell and destroys it all. Each boss pig does this as well.
Hatchy Kimmel: Sits by your slingshot and drinks. He is not playable, but if things get really bad, he might want to call in an airstrike.
Stella: Once Stella uses her ability, she lifts herself and surrounding objects in bubbles which float in the air for a few seconds. Afterwards, the bubbles pop and the objects trapped fall down. Cannot destroy materials well.
Hal: Spins when launched and goes to the opposite direction when tapped. He can destroy wood really well, when he activates his ability he can destroy more.
Bubbles: Inflates when tapped or after some time and pops away after some time. He can destroy wood really well, and when he activates he destroys any material on range.
King Mudbeard: Launches three snot bomb at his target, which then sends him flying in the opposite direction before hit something.
Ross: Crashes his plane into a tower. (Only playable in the final world if Hatchy Kimmel calls the airstrike)
Melody: Inhales objects inside her mouth while she is singing, and then spits them out as projectiles when tapped.
Freezer: Freezes everything and turns it into ice. Only playable in the Space episode and in the final boss.
Tee-Eff Brand Stone: Does nothing but does Bomb-level damage without the explosion.
Tee-Eff Brand TNT Box: Explode on impact. Tapping does nothing.
Tee-Eff Brand Rocket: Explodes, adds the rocket into your deck that flies into a targeted area.
Tee-Eff Brand Golden Pig: Implodes and adds an Extra card.
Darlene: Basically Terence on steroids and with guns. Then a Deadpool hatchling shoots any survivors.
Dutch: Throws explosive grenades shaped like nuts.
Trey: Shines a light that melts ice, and burns wood and glass.
Kim Fli Hy: Eats tuna and then causes complete destruction on impact.
Zane: Summons a horde of bats (Referencing Call the Flock).
Winnie: Throws a wrench that knocks down towers.
Thelonious: Ties up pigs with thread and makes them jump around until the break something.
Captain Freedom: Shoots every pig with his machine gun and eats fries and pie and drinks juice.
El Ducky: Basically Donald Duck on Crack. Flaps around like crazy.
Duolingo: This is what happens when you miss your Scots lesson...
Spy: Pigeon in Disguise. He smacks pigs for not keeping eggs out of their f*cking mouths.
Diamond Bling Besties: All the males get turned on and weakened. Except Hatchy Kimmel and all playable pigs.
Dream Blasters: Lil Reddy, Speeder, and Blasty attack in a way combining Red, the Blues, Chuck, and Bomb. Then there is a sponsor for Super Hatchling Cocks (which is basically New Super Mario Bros Wii with the Hatchlings)
Mighty Eagle, Zeta, and Debbie: No explanation needed.
Jo Mama The Nonexistent Binary: Does not exist. Jo does not exist. Jo is a nonexistent binary. Jo was only made to promote nonexistent binaries. Jo has no gender. Jo does not exist, because Rovio had the balls to make him the most non-binary thing, and that's why higher beings don't trust us. Jo does not exist.

Tee-Eff (Crystal Pig) - Holds a crystal wand, which he will use to shoot a purple bolt at nearby birds. If a bird is hit by this bolt, it will explode into a bloodbath that turns into either a stone, a TNT box, a rocket, occasionally a Golden Pig.

- In another battle, he will escape spikes and get into water. Stab him with the spikes.
- You play as Chuck in another battle where you have to throw him down the waterfall.
- Another battle includes him about to be killed by a fire breathing dragon. He gets killed and you have to kill the dragon too because f*ck the dragon.
- Then the king is drowning like crazy. Just sit back and watch him die.

Arena[]

The arena is the old PVP arena, except there are now losing streaks, and the player gets destroyed by an undefeated player called "Score Bot" who ALWAYS WINS.

The boss pigs laugh as your arena points are drained. The losses also contribute to the Hatchling's ill temper.

Loss 1 - Piggy of Misfortune steals gems

Loss 3 - Player gets an impossible level
Loss 4 - Player gets all gems drained
Loss 5 - Score bots double and birds temper levels rise
Loss 6 - Demoted from current league to "The Scape"

Greedy McGoldBoar's Golden Gem Scam[]

In this mode you only start with one bird and you have limited tries. If you fail them all you will get a very rage inducing level failed screen and lose all your gems. JoCore mode erases all of your progress.

Piggy of Misfortune[]

Basically the Tower of Fortune. However, if you get the pig, an army of pigs attacks you and drains all of your gems.

Temper[]

With every fail and arena loss, the Temper meter will fill. Full temper will result in:

Red: Unleashes a nuclear explosion.
The Blues: Unleashes a firework.
Chuck: Unleashes a tornado.
Matilda: Unleashes a rainbow cloud.
Silver: Unleashes a lava wave.
Bomb: Unleashes a shockwave.
Terence: Summons God.
Hatchy Kimmel: Shrieks loudly and destroys the and rips apart the landscape, tearing the pigs apart and consuming their flesh in a fit of rage. Once he's done, he has a mental breakdown.
Stella: Unleashes a stronger Pink Bubble Flash
Hal: Unleashes a shredder.
Bubbles: Inflates and explodes violently.
King Mudbeard: Unleashes a snot wave.
Melody: Unleashes a musical wave.
Jo: For the last time, NONEXISTENT BINARY.

Endings[]

Misfortune Ending - Get the pig in the tower. He will steal the entire game.
Arena Loss Streak Ending - Get a full losing streak.
Scape Ending - Get demoted to the Scape. The game will insult you and say you are a horrible player and gloat about your losing streak.
Match Ending - Defeat King Royal Matcher.
True Ending - Beat the final boss battle. There will be a monologue from King Pig about how Rovio is greedy. But then, Hatchy Kimmel speaks about how Angry Birds 2 is forced to go on until the end of time. He then says that Angry Birds 2 is an endless cycle of arena loss streaks, eternal levels, and credit card destruction with no way for the eggs to ever be retrieved. Fire starts to rise as the Scapes and Royal Matchers are burnt alive against their will. Hatchy then says that he has had enough of this, and that Angry Birds 2 should have had a final level to begin with. Despite this being the 720th and last level, he says there are two billion more levels. He then calls the obviously nonexistent Jo a "nonexistent binary" and says that it's time for Piggy Island to fall once and for all. He then compliments the player for keeping their sanity, and promises to make up for the mental troubles they have developed. As Mount Pork erupts and Bamboom Forest burns down, it is revealed that Chef, General, Foreman, and King Pig sacrificed themselves with King Pig dying with a mouthful of scrambled eggs and shells, and the birds, after ten years, finally retrieve their eggs, which hatch after many long years. Zoe and the other hatchlings reunite with the Blues, and Red and Leonard reconcile before the former reveals his feelings for Stella as the Great Egg War ends for good, ending the franchise with a bang.
