Staff
Like any other wiki, there are staff to monitor the wiki to make sure everything runs smoothly and have access to special functions. Remember to be civil-minded towards them and treat them with respect.
Bureaucrats and Administrators
Bureaucrats are trusted editors and have all the privileges. They can promote and revoke users rollback, content moderator, and administrator rights as well as appointing new bureaucrats. This right is generally an addition to the administrator group. Demoting them should not be done without a discussion, unless the user cannot be trusted anymore.
Administrators are also dependable users that have the ability to block and unblock users, revert vandalism with the "rollback" tool and promote and revoke chat moderator and discussions moderator groups. Besides that, they can also edit MediaWiki pages and the wiki's layout and theme. Their rights can be promoted or revoked by bureaucrats.
