Angry Birds Go! 2: Time Travel is the sequel to Angry Birds Go!. As the name suggests, each episode features time travel.

Main Items[]

  • Coin: Coins with Red's face. They are used to upgrade your kart and buy Power-ups.
  • Gem: The premium currency of the game. They are also used to buy karts and Power-ups.
  • Coin Doubler: Doubles the worth of coins. Rarely found on tracks. Your coin rewards can go from x2 to 4, 8, 16, 33, 64, 128, 256, and so on.
  • Gem Doubler: Makes gems twice their worth. If you find a lot, your gems can go from x2 to 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, and so on and so on.
  • Lucky Box: Gives you a random amount of coins, gems, Coin Doublers, and Power-ups.

Premium Items[]

  • Gem EX: Turns all coins into gems.
  • Coin Doubler EX: Turns all coins into Coin Doublers.
  • Gem Doubler EX: Turns all coins into Gem Doublers.
  • Everything: Turns all coins into Lucky Boxes. Ironically, they can be found in lucky boxes.

Power-Ups.[]

  • King Sling: Launches you way farther than usual.
  • Leaf Blower: Similar to the Boost from the first game, this makes your kart's acceleration greatly increase.
  • Kart Repair: Fixes your kart every time it gets damaged.
  • Hand: If your kart has terribly handling, the Hand will max it out.
  • Weight: Increases your kart's strength so it can resist damage more and more easily run over opponents.
  • Target Kart: Your character is in a NASCAR-like kart and it icreases all of your kart's stats.

Modes[]

  • Race: Race against eleven opponents in a race. To pass, come in 3rd, 2nd, or 1st.
  • Time Boom: Get to the finish line before time runs out.
  • Fruit Splat: Run over fruits while racing Minion Pigs. When you empty the meter, the fruits turn into coins.
  • Versus: Race against one opponent. There are three sub-modes; Easy, Medium, and Hard.
  • Champion Chase: Race against a playable character three times to recruit.

Trivia[]

  • If you look closely, the target kart has a 42 on it.
  • The Leaf Blower is similar to the Boost.
  • You can get The Future either by paying $1.99 or waiting until the final update.
  • The energy meter is not present.
  • Every character has their unique color for their Standard and Pipe Frame;

  • Rovio didn't give the characters their abilities because they didn't have very many ideas and the game would take longer to develop just over abilities.
  • Gems are more common than they were in  the original game. The game's currency is literally 25% coins and 19% gems, 19% Coin Doublers, 19% Gem Doublers, and 18% Lucky Boxes.\
  • There is a more wide variety of fruits in Fruit Splat.
