It is currently unknown who created it but what we do know is that they were found as an ad on the Piggy Lottery

Back when they we're founded they actually had viper venom in it causing 1M+ pigs to die (the great dying, and depression after Pig King Henry the 3rd's Assassination.) now they are atleast 70% safe to eat (they would be 100% safe but king pig doesnt give a flying oink...)
