Ice is the eleventh member of the Flock that became a core member after the birds liberated his home planet and Eggsteroid from the Space Pigs.

Appearance[]
Ice Bird is extraterrestrial and unlike the other birds, does not have feathers, because he is made of ice and also has its color. His beak is golden in color and has is slightly longer in size and resembles Chuck's beak. Ice also has round blue eyes and reddish-brown eyebrows. Atop his head he has protruding "icicles", and on the back has also an "icicle" tail.
Personality[]
Ice was generally on edge than the rest of the Flock but has since been able to calm down and relax. He can still be tense when he thinks there's danger nearby. He can be just as enraged as the other birds when the Eggs are stolen.
Aside from this, he does have a sense of humor and outgoing. Showing that he likes to have fun when not guarding the Eggs. He has a sense of pride when it comes to battle and skills, refusing to use cheap tricks. He is also very intelligent when it comes to space and strange objects and crystals. Compared to the others, he is the is just as tactical and intelligent as Red.
History[]
Not much is known about Ice prior to the events of Angry Birds Space.
Ice is first introduced when he falls out of a wormhole. He is initially hostile to the birds, out of the intention of protecting his eggsteroid. However, their first encounter is interrupted when King Pig's ship bursts through the wormhole and captures the eggsteroid, along with the flock's eggs. This event initiates Ice to fly back into the wormhole, and the flock (consisting of Red, The Blues, Chuck, Bomb, and Terence) to follow them through the slingshot.
The flock encounters Ice later on in the chapter Cold Cuts, where he is held in captivity by the pigs. Once freed, he convinces the Flock to help him in his quest to recover the Eggsteroid. He is intent on saving his home planet from the Space Pigs, but Red is convinced he can help get them home. After the Space Pigs' defeat and their leader's eventual demise, the pigs eventually agreed to leave Ice's home planet alone forever. He decides to go with the Flock and stay with them.
Abilities[]
Ice's ability Ice Blast is able to freeze materials in the immediate vicinity through an ice burst. When he is sent to the air and hits the structure, he will freeze it, however, he wasn't capable of killing pigs by freezing them.
Over time, Ice was able to strengthen his ability and is capable of even freezing pigs to death if he wanted to. He was able able to increase the radius of his Ice Blast, being able to freeze the surface of a small pond in its entirety. Much time of practice and training has led to him being able to effectively walk (or skate) on water by simply freezing a small portion of water underneath him. It does thaw out quickly after a brief period of time. He is also shown to become stronger when exposed to freezing conditions.

- Ice is Yoshi1219's second favorite bird in the entire Angry Birds Franchise.
- He will never be called Icebomb or any other name, simply because Yoshi finds the other names to sound either ridiculous or just stupid.
- His ability to effectively freeze the water and skate on it was inspired by Ice Mario's ability in Super Mario Galaxy.
