Professor Hoglin[1] is a scientist in Queens, New York who does unsanctioned non-government approved experiments on people. Whenever he is nearly caught however, he escapes to somewhere else in the city to set up shop somewhere else.

Given that his looks are never confirmed nor did Christian draw him it is unknown what he looks like but due to his name and the fact that he appears as an antagonist to the Angry Birds segment of his second appearance he possible could be an anthropomorphic pig.
Personality[]
Professor Hoglin is a highly mad, sadistic, and cowardly scientist who experiments on people and gives them money so he can test his experiments. He experimented on Lester Wrath (willingly giving him money for the experiments turning him into a dragon but when S.H.I.E.L.D. heard about his experiments he abandoned them. However for some reason after his experimentation on Wrath he decided to get more money out his experiments turning 3 people into birds and then using their experimented bodies as leverage to make them steal stuff for them and if they didn't he would tell S.H.I.E.L.D.

Hoglin put out an ad offering money to anyone who would allow him to experiment on them, Lester Wrath an ex-convict who couldn't get a job accepted his offer. Hoglin experimented on him every few days with the experiments slowly affecting Wrath's body turning him into a hybrid of a human and a dragon. When S.H.I.E.L.D. decided to investigate this, Hoglin ran in terror leaving Wrath to deal with the confrontation.

After fleeing in terror, but not able to give up on his experiments due to not having enough money for funding, Hoglin continued but with a different plan to keep S.H.I.E.L.D. from coming after him, he'd experiment on people with the promise of paying them but instead of doing it. He'd use their experimented bodies as leverage against their families and threaten to report them to S.H.I.E.L.D. if they didn't comply and he did this to 3 different people. During the fourth one the other 3 interrupted him and Hoglin seeing no other option fled in terror presumably moving his operation under the radar so the now half bird/half humans didn't find him.

- While not confirmed to be King Pig and is more like Professor Pig in terms of what he does rather than personality:
- King Pig wants to steal the eggs from the birds to eat while Professor Pig is a friendly pig who simply makes inventions for the king.
- Professor Pig is implied to be a Marvel combination of King Pig and Professor Pig from Angry Birds along with Hoglins from Minecraft.
