Needle (Also known as the Spiked Bird or Brown Bird listed in the files) is a bird that first appears in Super Angry Birds and was first introduced in 2024.
Appearance[]
He is a chocolate-colored bird that uses the same appearance as a prototype design for Bubbles but with no head feathers, no spots, a birch-colored chest plumage, and eight holes around his body for his spikes to come out.
Personality[]
There's not much known information about this bird (Despite only appearing in a few levels), he reuses Hal's newer voice heard in Angry Birds Rio, and Rovio Classics: Angry Birds. But he reuses Bomb's pain noises when he hits something. He only releases his spikes during combat. After when his spikes pop out, they can easily be regenerated except when they poof away during gameplay.
Ability[]
He can pop his spikes out similar to the Asteron enemies from Sonic the Hedgehog 2, And the Winged Spinies from Super Mario Maker. But he doesn't poof out of existence when he pops his spikes.

- Just like Jacob, His name and 2D classic renders were revealed on "Super Angry Birds Biography's" and a post on Mario Fan Games Galaxy.
- Prior to this, A user named "Lugiathekingofantartica" posted a comment of the bird being named as "Pointdexter" on the Angry Birds (Mario Party DS Icon-Style) page on The Spriters Resource. The latter isn't true as the creator of the bird had replied to the user, stating that he did not confirm or reveal the bird having a name yet. as the creator wanting it to just be named as "Brown Bird," or "Spiked Bird."
- He was designed after a prototype design for Bubbles.
- He is the most destructive bird in the entire game (With second place being Terence).
- He is apparently named "Brown Bird", as in the files of the game it is internally named "BirdBrown". Despite this, it is not the same entity to any brown-colored bird Oc's in the fanon wiki.
